About Mad Duck Craft
Mad Duck Craft is a casual, trendy restaurant and brewpub designed for guests who want a relaxed meal, a good drink, and a place that feels easy to settle into for lunch, dinner, or a late bite. The atmosphere is broad enough to welcome solo diners looking for a quick meal, groups meeting up for food and drinks, college students seeking a lively but comfortable spot, and travelers who want a place that feels local without being difficult to navigate. With an emphasis on comfort food, craft beer, cocktails, and a menu that can suit both a full meal and a smaller stop, it offers a flexible dining experience that works well whether someone has thirty minutes or wants to stay longer and make an evening of it.
A defining part of the experience is variety. Guests can choose from dine-in service, takeout, delivery, and onsite services, making it convenient for different schedules and preferences. Outdoor seating adds another layer of appeal for people who prefer an open-air meal, while table service and bar seating support both a traditional restaurant visit and a more social pub-style outing. The venueβs setup also makes it suitable for a range of occasions, from a casual lunch break to a dinner with friends, from an after-work drink to a late-night snack. That adaptability is one of the reasons a place like this can attract such a wide mix of customers.
The drink program is an important part of its identity. A strong beer selection, cocktails, wine, hard liquor, coffee, and happy hour offerings create options for many different tastes and times of day. A brewpub setting naturally suggests a focus on beer culture, but the inclusion of cocktails and mixed drinks makes the experience broader and more social. For guests who want to sample local specialty items or enjoy small plates alongside drinks, the format encourages sharing and lingering. This is the kind of place where a quick stop can easily turn into a longer visit because the menu and atmosphere invite people to stay.
Mad Duck Craft also stands out for being practical and accessible. Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking, restrooms, and seating help make the space welcoming to more guests. Accepting reservations adds convenience for planned visits, especially during busier lunch or dinner periods. Payment flexibility with credit cards and debit cards supports easy service, and the combination of fast service and table service means guests can decide whether they want efficiency or a more relaxed pace. For many diners, this balance is valuable because it keeps the experience comfortable without feeling rushed.
The overall impression is one of a neighborhood-friendly spot that blends restaurant energy with brewpub personality. The high volume of reviews and strong rating suggest that many guests leave with a positive experience, likely because the business offers consistency along with enough variety to appeal to different tastes. People can come for a meal, stay for drinks, watch sports, enjoy happy hour food, or simply grab a quick bite and move on. That range makes it more than just a place to eat; it functions as a social space where food, drinks, and casual connection come together naturally.
What makes Mad Duck Craft especially appealing is that it does not force guests into one kind of visit. It can be a lunch destination, a dinner stop, a drinks spot, or a late-night option, all in the same setting. That flexibility, combined with comfort-focused food and a lively but approachable atmosphere, gives it a strong identity as a place built for everyday dining with enough personality to feel memorable.

Amazing food and excellent service! Mad Duck Craft in Fresno was a great experience from start to finish. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Everything tasted great and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend this spot.

At the airport location ordered grilled chicken salad. Salad leaves were slimy, the amount of chicken was a joke (my guess -1/4 or less if small chicken breast). The order given in two small boxes. One with salad leaves, another one with dressing and chicken very greasy,so small, that there was no way to mix it up together. I had to ask for large box and transfer everything into it.

Tried their seasonal Benedict and I enjoyed it. We always come here for the crispy chicken salad and deviled eggs! Baja Fish or Shrimp tacos is a must try here. Good environment and fast service, no complaints!

Great First Experience at Mad Duck Stopped in for the first time on a Thursday evening and had a great experience. The menu was smaller than expected, but the quality made up for it. We started with the calamari appetizerβcrispy, well-seasoned, and paired with flavorful dipping sauces. Easily one of the highlights of the meal. I ordered the steak salad and was genuinely impressed. The dressing had a nice tang, the greens were fresh, and the bold flavor of the blue cheese complemented the tender steak beautifully. The other entrΓ©e at our table was the Goat Cheese & Bacon Burger, which got high praise for its rich and savory flavor profile. The Citra beer was easy-drinking and smooth, with a clean flavor that paired well with the food. Refreshing without being too heavy. Service was excellentβour server, Jesse, was intuitive to our needs and stayed attentive throughout the evening without hovering. All in all, solid food, great drinks, and welcoming service. Iβd definitely go back.
